Board of Aviation Commissioners

Overview

All members are appointed in accordance with Ind. Code 8-22-2-1 by the Mayor. In accordance with Ind. Code § 8-22-2-3 members serve four year terms and until a successor is appointed.

Duties

The Airport Advisory Committee makes recommendations to the City Council in matters relating to the development, operation, and maintenance of the Shelbyville Municipal Airport as provided in the Committee’s by-laws.
